Eric Redel

- Director of Operations

Eric Redel is a forward thinking, high energy and organized individual. With an extensive background in customer service, Eric persistently seeks to deliver value to everyone he works with. Project management and team leadership are his expertise which he has derived from years of business management. Eric is a true “People Person” who loves to meet new faces and learn the nuances of life from other peoples experiences.

- Marketing Director

Justin has always been fascinated with discovering and re-telling unique stories through artistic interpretation. It is the same passion for design and storytelling that originally brought him to Keller Williams in 2012. A life-long musician and constant creative Justin’s fresh approach to brand and brand identity helps keep our marketing pieces energized, consistent and easily recognizable. Newly named the Director of Marketing for both the Los Feliz and Beverly hills market centers, Justin truly has his finger on the pulse of what’s new and happening in today’s competitive marketing world.

Jackie Giese

Escrow Officer

With well over 10 years of hands-on experience in the escrow and title industry, Jackie Giese is a seasoned escrow officer known for her precision, responsiveness, and problem-solving under pressure. She has successfully closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions, always prioritizing clear communication and a smooth experience for every party involved. When you work with Jackie, you're not just working with an escrow officer — you're gaining a dependable partner who treats every transaction with the care it deserves.

Emi Tsuji

- Title Representative

We are very pleased to introduce Emi Tsuji, our Title Representative with Fidelity National Title.  Emi earned her way onto our team by providing consistent extraordinary service.  "Above and Beyond" could be her motto.  Emi's signature contribution is a positive, proactive approach to each transaction, frequently identifying and resolving even complex issues on her own initiative.  With over 20 years of title experience and an amazing work ethic, Emi is the only Title Representative we recommend. 

Shane Crowell

- Transaction Coordinator

Shane has been with Keller Williams since 2009, starting as an agent's assistant in the Pasadena office. After receiving his real estate license, he expanded his expertise under the tutelage of one of KW's Top Producing teams while also serving as an escrow assistant for Los Feliz Escrow and as the Transaction Coordinator for the entire office. With his wealth of knowledge in a variety of fields, Shane facilitates new agent intake and orientation as an impassioned team leader. Some days you can find Shane working from home, with his son CJ often assisting from his lap.

 Daisuke Okamoto

- Graphic Designer/Editor/Camera

Daisuke Okamoto’s drawing “OKAINA IMAGE” investigates the cycle of life in the complex, biomorphic, narratives of the organic. Influence by all that are sci-fi, nationalism and psychedelic culture; Okamoto’s drawings are intricate systems of penmanship.

Born in 1979, raised in Tokyo, Japan, and currently living and working in Los Angeles, Okamoto represents the idea of the hybrid in both identity and transformation.

Drawn with a passion for mark making, Okamoto employs repetitive line drawing in ink to work for as long as years on a single drawing.
